High Temperature COD Gages |
| High temperature COD gages specially designed for fracture mechanics testing. These water cooled COD gages are extensively used for temperatures up to 12000 C and can be easily mounted on to the split tube furnace cut out or optional load frame support brackets. The round edged alumina rods of these COD gages that are in contact with the test sample are available in varying lengths that suit the furnace used for testing.
These strain gaged COD gages are compatible with any electronics designed for strain gaged transducers and also include circuitry for auto-calibration against internal shunt reference, thus obviating the need for on-site calibration during installation.
